Barf-Pani, Saat Kankar & Aerobic Exercise teaches the rules, warm-up and variations of Barf-Pani (Ice-Water tag) for speed and cooperation, Saat Kankar (Seven Stones / Pitthu) for aiming and team coordination, and rhythmic Aerobic Exercises.
