CSVTU Admission 2021 – Departments

There are six different teaching departments in the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University. Students must go through the list of these departmental teaching facilities provided at the university below. 

  1. Structural Engineering – Structural Engineering is a core specialization in Civil Engineering.
  2. Urban Planning – This department was started at the CSVTU in the year 2017.
  3. Environmental and Water Resources Engineering – This department was established in 2017 in the University Teaching Department. It offers M.Tech. Degree programs.
  4. Energy and Environmental Engineering – The department has been established in June 2016 at the University Teaching Department. It offers PG Programmes in Energy and Environmental Engineering.
  5. Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics – This department was established in the year 2016 under the University Teaching Department.
  6. Microelectronics and VLSI – This department has a broad range of research.

CSVTU Admission Process 2021

All the qualified students of the 12th class board examination are eligible to apply for the institution’s admission process. The Process of admission consists of submitting the application or admission form to the university in order to register for the admission process.

The university will then generate a merit list as per students’ performance in the qualifying examination and other details. On the basis of this merit list of CSVTU, admission will be granted to students in various participating institutes of the university as per the course preferences of the candidates and seats available.

CSVTU Admission 2021 – Enrollment Form

The online enrollment process for CSVTU is mandatory for admission to the desired institute by students willing to be a part of the university. It is further mandatory for the candidates to keep a few of the documents handy before submitting the CSVTU form. Below are the documents: 

  1. DTE Application Id.
  2. Date of Birth (DoB).
  3. Scanned Coloured photograph (Max. size 80 KB). 
  4. Scanned Signature (Max. size 50 KB).
  5. Scanned copy of High School Degree Certificate.

Further, the process of application submission has been divided into three basic steps below:

  1. Fill the online application form from the website of CSVTU.
  2. Submission of the application form with required documents
  3. Review of the submitted application form by the institute and submission of the same to the university. 

CSVTU 2021 Merit List

Once every student submits the online application form, the institute reviews the same documents and documents submitted by the candidates. These forms are then sent to the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University. The university then prepares a merit list of candidates who have applied for admission. As per the marks obtained by these candidates in the qualifying examination, they will be placed on the list. 

The merit list is published online at the official website of CSVTU that is csvtu.ac.in. Candidates will have to search for their names and enrollment number in the list.
