What is the difference between agenda and minute of a meeting?

An agenda is a list of items to be discussed at a meeting. It is the schedule of meeting and tell the sequence of event during the meeting.  A minute is an official records of discussion held and decision taken at a meeting.  
It helps member (participants) in advance.Minute are important to remind what happened during a meeting on a future date if people forget.  
It is placed before meeting by the secretary  This take place during and after the meeting by the secretary
