About the Samacheer Kalvi 6th Standard Books
Class 6 still uses the three-term system. Every term has three volumes: Vol-I (Tamil and English), Vol-II (Mathematics) and Vol-III (Science and Social Science).
The Science and Social Science lessons from Class 6 onward are the base for higher classes, and many TNPSC (Group 1, 2 and 4) aspirants read the Samacheer Kalvi 6th to 12th books for general studies.
