Ans. Physically challenged children are those children who have a disability of some sort. They are called special children. For example, the visually impaired and hearing impaired are special children. These children require special skills to eat, read, move around, express themselves and use the toilet. A little care and love can make a great difference in the lives of physically challenged children.

Ans. In earlier times most physically challenged children were not given any special education and training.
